Under general direction of the Digital Design and Delivery Director in the Digital Infrastructure Office (DIO), the Digital Design and Delivery Deputy Director (CEA A) is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and providing leadership to information technology (IT) activities for California Volunteers (CV). The IT activities include managing IT projects, procurement, digital and data needs, and application and licensing management. The Deputy Director executes high level IT activities in support of the mission, organizational objectives and strategic direction of CV. The Deputy Director collaborates and consults with the Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) IT and CV's senior team, as it relates to critical IT strategies, the development, implementation, and communication of IT policies and systems for CV.
