ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:
The Talent Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing employee development, engagement, and retention strategies within the organization. This individual is responsible for helping to design, implement, and manage key Willow Bridge Talent Management initiatives and programs that identify, develop, and retain our top talent, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development
- Provide ongoing Project Management for leadership development programs including logistics planning, scheduling, communications, and metrics tracking.
- Support Willow Bridge New Hire Orientation programming logistics, materials and ensuring content is consistently updated as business needs change.
- Provide new hire orientation support for new corporate employees as needed.
- Support future Willow Bridge Mentor and Career Mobility Programs as assigned.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in implementation, launch and analysis of annual employee engagement surveys.
- Support ongoing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, culture, and retention.
- Administer surveys, employee lifecycle and 360 initiatives in Qualtrics survey tool as assigned.
Performance Management
- Support the annual performance review processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on effective goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
Talent Data and Metrics
- Utilize HR analytics to track and report on talent management metrics, such as retention, internal promotions, and leadership pipeline strength.
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
QualificationsCritical Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience with talent management programming, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
