Key Responsibilities:
Use high-level skills to perform secretarial, operational, and supervisory support functions
Supervise clerical staff
Assist leaders by coordinating office services such as personnel, budget control, travel arrangements, housekeeping, records control, and special management issues
Execute non-routine matters and special projects with minimal instructions
May develop, prepare, and manage agendas and reports
May coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings
Assist Accounting Dept with light account payable and account receivable tasks
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the position
Capable to multitask and complete deadlines on time
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with managers at all levels
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
Have strong organization skill and attention to details
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
***Dental Front Office Assistant - $22/hour to $27/hour***
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check in, and check out patients
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls as well as emails and/or texts
Manage appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming appointments
Maintain patient files and dental records
Process insurance claims and verify patient benefits
Prepare and send patient invoices and billing statements
Collect payments and manage financial transactions
Collect necessary paperwork and documents from patients
Provide clear information regarding treatment plans and costs
Give excellent customer service to patients
Qualifications:
1+ yr of experience as a Dental Front Office Assistant or similar field
Knowledgeable in dental terminology and insurance billing procedures
Proficient with dental office software and electronic health records
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
***Medical Claims Billing Specialist - $22/hour to $26/hour***
Key Responsibilities:
Submit medical claims to insurance companies
Communicate with patients in regards to outstanding balances
Communicate with insurance in regards to submitted claims
Review medical records and ensure the appropriate billing codes are used
Generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years prior billing experience in a medical office
Must know billing codes
Familiar with electronic health records and medical billing software
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
***Scheduler - $20/hour to $30/hour***
Key Responsibilities:
Book meetings, appointments, or events for the company
Manage calendars
Send reminders and/or reschedule
Input and maintain schedule and data into Excel spreadsheets by using pivot tables and applying formulas and functions
Troubleshoot and debug within Excel
Work closely with team and other departments
May handle some clerical tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling and using Excel
Strong knowledge and proficient in Excel
Proficient in other software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Attention to detail
***Korean Speaking Sales Supervisor - $70,000/year to $75,000/year***
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic accounts to expand business and achieve sales target.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationship with existing customers.
Manage inventory stock at markets and businesses.
Expand distribution network.
Handle customer orders and demonstrate new products to customers.
Develop sales plan and present reports to Sales Manager.
Has one direct report
Perform other assigned tasks or duties.
Qualifications:
Experience in Asian Grocery Markets preferred
MUST be able to fluently speak English and Korean.
Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
7+ years experience in some type of sales role.
Must have good driving records and current vehicle insurance.
