Note: Candidates are required to have flexible schedules, be able to report to headquarters and deploy quickly to base camps on short notice, be available on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during operations.
**You could be deployed for as long as 1-4 weeks possibly more depending on the circumstances**

Job duties for Road Crew Members:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all equipment
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed
- Setup and teardown of base camp equipment, including tents, shelters, and other mobile equipment
- Operating, maintaining, and monitoring equipment at varying shifts and hours
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean, cook, fold laundry
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Road Crew Members:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST have flexible schedules.
- MUST be able to report to headquarters and deploy quickly to base camps on short notice
- Able to work long shifts (12-16 hours) when deployed. Must have flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and extended hours during operations
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures/environments
- Use of steel-toe shoes when necessary
- Ability to stand for the duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
