JOB SUMMARYThe Global Head of Total Rewards leads the design, implementation, and governance of comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. This role ensures competitiveness in the global talent market, fosters employee engagement, and drives business performance while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

- Ensure alignment with organizational values, long-term business objectives, and diverse employee needs across regions.
- Establish and lead a global total rewards team, ensuring alignment across regions and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Provide mentorship, professional development, and clear performance expectations to enable team success.
- Create and maintain global job grading, salary structures, and incentive programs.
- Benchmark and implement market-competitive benefits programs tailored to local needs and global trends.
- Drive the adoption of innovative, inclusive, and flexible rewards solutions to support diverse employee demographics and work models.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee well-being and recognition.
- Ensure all rewards programs comply with global, regional, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and establish governance frameworks to mitigate risks and maintain transparency.
- Leverage analytics to monitor the effectiveness of rewards programs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Report on key metrics, such as cost-effectiveness, employee engagement, and program ROI, to senior leadership.
- Provide leadership with insights on how total rewards impact employee engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MA, MBA) preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and People Operations to include compensation, equity, benefits within a global organization. 5+ years in a Leadership role.

- Deep understanding of global and regional trends, compliance requirements and cultural nuances.
- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse markets while maintaining global consistency.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost optimization, and demonstrating ROI on rewards programs.
- Expertise in designing incentive and equity-based compensation programs.
- Skilled in engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build consensus and gain buy-in for rewards strategies.
- Proven ability to innovate in the design and delivery of total rewards programs.
- Adaptability to changing business needs, workforce expectations, and global conditions.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
Compensation Range:
$196,304.00 - $294,455.00
