What You'll Do
• Represent buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of multifamily real estate assets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, market insights, and personalized service.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote properties and secure transactions.
• Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and financial projections to support client decision-making.
• Leverage our proprietary tools, industry resources, and training to enhance client value and close deals efficiently.

What We're Looking For
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, preferably in multifamily investment sales.
• Skills: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. Strong knowledge of market trends, property valuations, and financial metrics.
• High EQ: Exceptional emotional intelligence to effectively communicate, empathize, and build strong relationships with diverse clients and colleagues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Licensing: Active real estate license in CA.
• Drive: Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
