- REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ Years Experience
* Knowledge of Safety and Tool Operation
* Bring own Safety Equipment
* Bring own essential tools of Trade.
* Must Lift 60 LBS
* Must Have Appropriate Vehicle for transporting tools and materials
* General Knowledge of All essential residential construction fields, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, concrete, tile, stucco, and carpentry.
* Advanced Skills in at-least 1 essential residential construction field
* Some Leadership skill recommended

* Reading, following, and executing general daily construction plans onsite when alone, occasionally directing novice and helpers to complete projects.
* Assisting Master craftsmen and following direction to complete daily projects.
