CLASSIC COLLISION looking to hire an Estimator with hands-on auto body shop experience to help manage day-to-day shop operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of hands-on industry experience in estimating
• Capable of managing and building a winning team.
• Experienced with estimating systems, such as CCC .
• Experience in leadership
• Excellent communications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in the markets and industry served.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvements
