Do you need to hire a chef/cook prep person from time to time? I sold my banquet house and catering business last year. I took time off to visit family and friends the last couple of months. Now that I am back, I would like to return to the culinary business as a Rent a chef/cook prep to anyone needing my services from time to time. It could be that you need me for four hours a day, eight hours a day, once or twice a week, or once a month.
