Must Haves:
- Shall have at least seven (7) years of experience managing and orchestrating Agile teams delivering business intelligence and data services
- Shall be proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles
- Shall have experience utilizing program and project management tools, including GitHub, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams to plan, execute, and measure projects
- Shall have demonstrated experience overseeing an enterprise data management, data analytics, or cloud migration efforts similar in scope and size to this contract
- Certification in Agile methods, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, and GitHub are highly desired
Coaches team on Agile practices and principles, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and values to ensure successful implementation and execution of Agile methodologies. Remove impediments and promote problem-solving to help the team progress towards their goals. Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Shield the team from external interference and distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Track and communicate team progress and metrics, using tools like JIRA or similar Agile management software. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred. Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team(s). Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related scientific or technical disciplines
