Part time - Bookkeeper with minimum of 3 year experience. Prefer experience in Food & Beverage. Growing Non-Profit. Small, busy, friendly environment. Position could be a blend of in person/remote, employee or contract labor.
Must be an fluent with Quickbooks. Experience with Toast preferred
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing vendor payments.
- Reconciling Bank & Credit Card Accounts
- Allocating expenses
- Review of invoicing
- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.
- Produce various reports as needed
