What Can You Expect - This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver exceptional results to clients. Responsible for management of construction projects from beginning to end in accordance and maintaining the requirements of the "high fives". Train and develop Project Manager and support the Business Unit Leader.
- Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles
- Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects
- Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners
- Identify, propose, close and manage construction projects which generate profits.
- Ensure that all Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on the team complete professional development programs to improve their skills and business results.
- Participate in team meetings as required, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the status of every project under your control.
What You Bring to the Table - Have at least 8-10 years of experience within the Water Industry
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who
need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency - Ability to both manage and be part of a team
- Ability to develop strong business plans
- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, P6 Primavera, Project Sight, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
