About the Role
As Director of Client Services, Commercial Lines, you manage and lead account management strategies and internal service operations for a large independent insurance brokerage. With afocus on client service excellence, you’ll evaluate service plans, strategies, and processes that optimize efficiency and lead to high client satisfaction and retention.
Duties & Responsibilities
You ensure your direct reports successfully accomplishindividual and team goals, working seamlessly with other service groups, marketing, and sales.
- Help the service team manage workloads and make personnel adjustments when necessary.
- Assist with executing client service plans, advising on coverage and escalated issues as needed.
- Foster a culture of support, encouragement, and collaboration. Coordinate training and continuing education. Create pathways for career development and opportunities for internal promotion.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of insurance industry experience involved with similar client service development and service strategies.
- Active P&C insurance license is required.
Job Specs
Location:Salt Lake City, UT. Expect occasional travel within the Mountain West region.
