The Office Assistant/Receptionist must be able to multi-task and work well with direction from multiple people. This individual will oversee daily office tasks. They will be working with Customers and Employees on a regular basis, and must have a friendly and professional demeanor. We are looking for a person who is motivated, energized and a self-starter to work for this growing company.
Essential Duties (includes, but are not limited to):
- Assist with scheduling meetings, typing contracts/bids, etc.
- General Office Tasks (answering phones, filing, purchasing, etc.)
Key Skills Include
- Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and Publisher)
- Strong communication skills
- Able to quickly learn software programs
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter and able to manage time and tasks with or without direction
Qualifications:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Preferred - minimum of two years office experience with increasing responsibility in a customer service, team-oriented environment
- A combination of other experience/training that enables the candidate to perform the job duties
