Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Visit local businesses in target industries (e.g., offices, medical facilities, retail spaces) to introduce Allora Cleaning’s services.
Build a pipeline of potential clients through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Client Consultations:
Schedule and conduct free walkthrough consultations to assess client cleaning needs.
Present customized cleaning solutions and provide service proposals to decision-makers.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Meet monthly targets for new accounts and revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the initial point of contact to ensure client satisfaction during the onboarding process.
Collaborate with the operations team to deliver exceptional service.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Allora Cleaning’s services.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $2,000 per month
One-Time Upfront Commission: 10% commission on the first invoice of any new account.
Example: A $5,000 initial invoice earns a $500 commission.
Retention Bonus: $1,000 bonus for each client that remains active for 12 months.
Travel Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel.
Lead Conversion Bonus: Additional $50–$100 for every new client acquired through in-person visits.
