Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Interface with clients and financial partners on a daily basis
• Attend and conduct client financial meetings
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documentation
• Review tax projections and quarterly estimates
• Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, cost analysis, and customized financial reporting
• Receive invoices from vendors. Review and process using our accounting software (AgiLink or Datafaction) and adhere to standard company procedures to document purchases.
• Reconcile bank statements
• Ensure efficient and timely processing of all transactions with client vendors.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times to safeguard confident sensitive information.
• Analyze discrepancies on invoices, and research to discover the source of the issue.
• Process and record client payroll
• Other related duties as assigned.
