Image King Signs is launching a dedicated Vehicle Wraps & Vinyl Department, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Department Manager to lead this new division. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of vinyl and wrap applications, and the ability to manage a growing team, we want to hear from you!
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary: $55,000 per year
Benefits Package: Medical and dental coverage
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO available after 90 days of employment

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Vehicle Wraps & Vinyl Department, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of wrap installers, vinyl applicators, and production staff.
Schedule and coordinate installation projects, working with customers and internal teams to meet deadlines.
Supervise the design, production, and installation of vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, vinyl lettering, decals, and other custom vinyl projects.
Ensure proper preparation and cleaning of surfaces for vinyl application.
Maintain and manage inventory of vinyl materials, tools, and equipment.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistent results.
Handle customer inquiries, provide project updates, and resolve any issues professionally.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the Vehicle Wraps & Vinyl Department and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and installation techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in vehicle wrap and vinyl installation, including design and production.
Leadership or management experience in a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing flawless results.
Proficiency with vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, and heat application tools.
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in various conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
