We are a family-owned Excavation Company looking for Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This position is for individuals who are self-motivated, hard-working, and committed to safety. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable and willing to learn and develop their skills.
Our job sites are typically located in Clark County.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspections and complete daily vehicle inspection reports
• Ability to adapt to unexpected traffic, soil conditions and weather.
• Follow all DOT regulations including size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods.
• Safely operate and maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions
• Promptly report vehicle defects or safety issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving Dump Trucks preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to perform manual labor in all types of weather and environments, including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs.) on a daily basis
• Must be able to operate manual Transmission
• Knowledge of applicable DOT rules and regulations
• Must have valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card is required
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Perform accurate logs, timecards and other necessary paperwork
We operate Monday-Friday with some Saturday’s. The ideal candidate should be available to work 40+ hours per week.

Compensation dependent on experience, starting at $30/hr.
