Pleasanton CPA Firm is looking for an Administrative/Bookkeeping person proficient in the following tasks.
• Answering phones
• Greet clients as they enter the office
• Manage the incoming and outgoing mail
• Scan documents and assemble tax returns
• Manage the office supplies and related orders
• Do basic bookkeeping and billing in QuickBooks
• Support professional staff
• Assist and manage business marketing activities
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Manage workflow systems
Required Software Skills:
• Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks
