We're looking for a Director, Global Banking - ECM US Derivatives to:
• Analyze and price corporate equity derivatives, bespoke back-leverage transactions, and convertible bonds.
• Structure and price complex OTC derivatives.
• Structure bespoke bilateral margin loans, on both private and public stocks.
• Act as product specialist and first line of defense underwriter for high complexity lending transactions.
• Interact with clients across corporate, sponsors, and investors by presenting transaction, benefits and risks, and negotiate terms.
• Monitor complex transactions throughout the lifecycle and be responsible of ongoing product maintenance.
• Observe trends, formulate and assess product ideas.
• Work with colleagues in global markets and credit on pricings and structuring new transactions.

Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $275,000 to $280,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst, Associate Director, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Pricing and analyzing complex corporate derivatives
• Modeling P/L outcomes
• Engaging with sophisticated clients on monetization strategies
• Analyzing, mitigating, and evaluating risk
• margin lending (single-stock and portfolio)
• financing against unique forms of collateral
• funded collars including stake-building components
• cash flow modelling
• regulatory and disclosure constraints
