DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
* Ensure proper portion control, serving temperature, and food presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storerooms.
* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
* Assist in production planning, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
* Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly.
* Attend in-service and safety meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous line cook experience is required.
* Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary.
* Commitment to following food safety and cleanliness standards.
