Individual/Couple needed to manage 22 unit apartment complex in Los Gatos,CA. Responsibilities include collecting rents, bookkeeping, computer skills ie. Word, Email, CAA website, Zillow etc. Good communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail a must. Additionally, marketing the property, tenant relations, turnovers and supervision of vendors. Previous experience required with knowledge and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and upkeep of property. Rent free 2 BR apartment with utilities, internet and Xfinity. Maintenance work over and above basic tasks will be paid separately.
