We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Office/BBC Manager to join our team at Speedy Auto Tint. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring smooth operations at the front office, and supporting our professional tinting team.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Greet customers upon arrival, ensure they feel welcome, and guide them through the check-in process.
• Explain services, warranties, and tint care instructions clearly and confidently.
• Customer Checkout:
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Walk customers to their vehicles, provide care instructions, and ensure their satisfaction before leaving.
• Wipe down cars after tinting to ensure they are spotless and presentable.
• Operational Support:
• Move vehicles safely and carefully in and out of the workshop to assist the tinting team.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting and office area.
• Business Development:
• Make outbound calls to local businesses, auto dealerships, and customers to promote Speedy Auto Tint services and build partnerships.
• Follow up with potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners by ensuring excellent service and communication.
• Upselling and Customer Engagement:
• Offer customers additional services, warranties, or products to enhance their experience.
• Encourage customers to leave positive reviews and share feedback about their experience.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Spanish preferred

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for moving vehicles).
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building business relationships.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience in customer service, front office roles, or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Sales experience, particularly in outbound calling, is highly desirable.
