Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Pavement Striping Crew Member with at least 2 years of verifiable experience in parking lot striping and maintenance. This role offers a chance to advance in a thriving company that invests in its people. As we continue to grow, there are ample opportunities for career progression and higher positions within the company.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of verifiable experience in parking lot striping and pavement maintenance.
• Strong familiarity using Grace line striping equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Clean driving record. Must have 3 plus years of no tickets or accidents.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in the face of evolving challenges.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred: Relocation close to Signal Hill, CA before starting.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
• Opportunities for overtime and prevailing wage work along with the ability to earn performance-based bonuses.
• Guaranteed minimum 32 hours per week.
• Paid time off after probation period and paid holidays.
