At Neovance, we are transforming the patient access market by building a next-generation, data and analytics platform. Our mission is to leverage data and insights to simplify the patient experience - ensuring more patients start and stay on their prescribed therapies.
We are seeking a Data Product Manager (DPM) to join our software development team, leading the design and development of our analytics platform. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of both internal data infrastructure and customer-facing analytics capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure our data strategy aligns with business objectives, provides high-value insights, and enables scalable analytics solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and own the data product strategy and roadmap, supporting both internal analytics and external, client-facing analytics-as-a-service
- Partner with data engineering to build scalable, reliable data pipelines, storage solutions, and processing frameworks on AWS and Databricks
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with business teams to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical product needs
- Develop reusable data products, including APIs, data models, and dashboards, to enable customer insights and reporting
- Define the capabilities and experience for customer-facing analytics products, including self-service reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with product leadership, commercial, and client success teams to identify and prioritize analytics capabilities that differentiate Neovance in the patient access market
- Establish and track key success metrics for data products, continuously optimizing data pipelines, analytics capabilities, and performance
QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data, analytics or platform products
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, governance, and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write and optimize queries for data analysis and modeling
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into scalable data solutions
- Proven ability to balance technical execution with business impact, ensuring data products drive measurable value
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with agile development, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sisense)
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, analytics-as-a-service, or B2B data products is a plus
- Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
