Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Review project proposals, identify project deliverables, milestones, and required activities.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and motivation to project team members, establish work plans, and assign duties.
Project Execution: Direct and coordinate project activities, review status reports, and modify schedules as required.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including business and cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage budget, resource allocations, and expectations for the program.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective action plans.

Qualifications

Certifications: PgMP and Agile (PMI-ACP) certifications preferred.
Experience: Experience managing programs involving application modernization, modularization, and complex case management systems.
Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience supervising teams.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the audience.
Collaboration: Experience collaborating with state and local government and working in complex, cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Social Services: Knowledge of social services and Medicaid programs or similarly complex case management systems.
Experience with Government Agencies: Experience collaborating with state and local government agencies.
