a motivated, reliable, and passionate professional to fill a full-time Systems Coordinator/Technician (GIS) position. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic team environment specializing in GIS within the Information Technology (IT) Department. What You'll Do:- Perform a variety of routine GIS data maintenance tasks such as editing, reconciliation, attribution, etc.
- Assist in field data collection and verification.
- Produce high-quality cartographic products, both digital and hardcopy, following technical guidelines and client needs
- Transfer feature assets from construction drawings or CAD to GIS feature datasets.
The Essentials - Equivalent to an associate's degree in information systems or a related field.
- Two years of computer systems support, development or administration experience.
Bonus Points:- Public sector experience
- Proficient in ArcGIS PRO, ArcGIS Online, GIS cartography, Geoprocessing tools, and Field Maps
- Knowledge of GIS concepts and techniques, including computerized mapping and digital data conversion, is strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
