- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years plus of experience in business development, preferably in the software industry
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex business negotiations while maintaining positive relationships with partners and stakeholders (internal & external).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and stakeholders (internal & external).
- Creative and innovative mindset to identify new business opportunities and develop unique solutions to meet customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
