We have an opportunity available for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work within our Operations Team. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence in our distribution center by identifying inefficiencies, implementing Lean principles, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This role will focus on ensuring efficient processes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What you will do:- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve quality, reduce waste, and streamline DC operations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping processes to increase efficiency.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive operational improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop data dashboards and reporting tools to track improvements and measure success.
- Lead and coach problem-solving activities using a structured problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with frontline employees to identify pain points and implement worker-driven solutions.
- Lead training programs on Lean principles, 5S, standard work processes, quality tools, and structured problem-solving.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align improvement efforts with company goals.

What we need:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operations leadership in a DC or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar) to track performance.
- Ability to lead projects, influence teams, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
