The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops, and delivers an extraordinary shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key role in developing worldwide digital merchandising strategies for the Education segment. This is a highly collaborative role that requires exceptional abilities to develop effective cross-functional relationships, establish and maintain processes, and the ability to operate at a strategic level while executing flawlessly at a tactical level.
Description
This role will support the planning and execution of global digital merchandising strategies for the Apple Store Online's Education segment. Core responsibilities include defining content strategy and merchandising plans for the Education customer, developing new content experiences, leading the digital merchandising of the back-to-school campaign globally, and optimizing Mac merchandising across online store platforms.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with cross functional stakeholders on Education content, product priorities, Apple Retail and brand values stories, and merchandising plans.
Develop creative briefs for Education merchandising experiences, content, and assets.
Plan, manage, implement, and measure success of merchandising deliverables for key campaigns and offers as well as product launches in the Education segment.
Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer experience for the Education customer through online merchandising.
