Fine Dining Restaurant Opening in April!!
JOB FAIR FRIDAY, MAR 4, 10am-4pm / 800 Seacoast Dr, Imperial Beach / ALL positions (need experienced FINE DINING servers & Line Cooks experienced in Asian cuisine & SUSHI "Cooks")!
Our restaurant group is re-opeing its Asian fusion, fine dining, restaurant - Roppongi. Our IB location will be opening in April. Roppongi will be open from 4-10pm Sun-Thu & 11:30am-10pm on Fri-Sat. This restaurant space is inside the Pier South Resort and we will be operating as
2 separate restaurants in the same space. The other restaurant will be a Sammy's Restaurant & Bar. Sammy's will operate from 7am to 9pm, and will serve as the main hotel bar as well.
Requirements:
- Full weekend availability - must be able to work Fri-Sun
- FOH must have fine dining experience - detailed service standards knowledge
- Ability to work a branded schedule - same schedule each week
