Required Skills and Experience:
• Customer service, works effectively in a minimally supervised environment.
• Looking for someone who works well with others and has solid work ethic.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must have valid driver license and transportation.
Job Description:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
*Excellent customer service
*Answer inquiries by phone and email
*Schedule appointments for new rentals
*Provide tours of facility
*Process payments
*Prepare and sign rental agreements and complete all necessary paperwork
*Follow up with prospects
