Job Title: Outreach & Distribution Coordinator (Fluent in Arabic) – Remote, Contract
Rate: $30/hr

Brave New Films is seeking a highly motivated Outreach & Distribution Coordinator with fluent Arabic proficiency and a strong understanding of the war in Gaza to support the impact campaign for our latest short documentary on the killing of Palestinian journalists in Gaza. This is a short-term, contract-based, remote position requiring excellent communication skills, experience in outreach and organizing, and a passion for justice and human rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Partnerships & Distribution
- Conduct outreach to partner organizations, activists, and advocacy groups to facilitate the distribution and sharing of the film and related social media content.
- Film Screenings
- Organize and coordinate screening events and panels in the U.S., Gaza, and Israel, securing venues, partnerships, and virtual screening opportunities.
- Festival Submissions
- Research and submit the film to relevant documentary and human rights film festivals.
- Celebrity & Influencer Engagement
- Identify and reach out to public figures, activists, and influencers speaking out on Gaza to encourage them to share the film and related video content on social media.
- Social Media Collaboration
- Work with Brave New Films' digital team to amplify the film’s reach through social platforms and online networks.
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
✔ Deep knowledge of the war in Gaza and its broader geopolitical and humanitarian context
✔ Experience in outreach, advocacy, community organizing, or film distribution
✔ Strong networking and relationship-building skills
✔ Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer engagement strategies
✔ Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment — this is not just a 9 to 5 job
