Corporate HQ in Pomona, CA — 1 week per month onsite (first 3 months) then 1 week a quarter
SNR PROJECT MANAGER: LEVEL 2
Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of challenges, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
The Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Senior Project Manager Level 2 oversees projects with higher levels of complexity, and higher risk. These projects will have a high degree of diversity, usage of innovative or advanced design and construction techniques, it will require alternative or complex contracting methods or have other complicated construction/facilities features. Senior Project Manager Level 2 must have effective communication and diplomacy skills and be able to influence clients/partners and other stakeholder relationships.

7+ years of Project Management experience leading national, multi-site programs
Proven track record delivering open-store, night-shift retail construction or rebranding projects
Strong ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources on complex programs ($1M to $40M)
Hands-on leadership and mentorship skills — must lead PMs, field teams, and subcontractors
Strong client-facing communication skills with executive presence — direct interaction with clients
Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, site visits, and leadership alignment
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills — experience managing subcontractor relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and LucidChart or similar tools
Nice to Haves: (Minimum of 3)
PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training
Background with high-speed retail rollout programs (Quick Trip, Discount Tire, or similar)
Experience leading projects with tight safety protocols and open-store risk mitigation.
