The Mission (Mission Beach) is hiring for FOH/BOH positions: BUSSER/DISHWASHER/AGM (Lead Server).
Must be available to work weekends: SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
BUSSER/DISHWASHER: (4 shifts available to start).
Must be personable, charismatic, and warm, even while under extreme pressure.
• Must follow instruction and prioritize various task
• Attention to detail and sanitation standards
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guest, servers, managers and kitchen

AGM/LEAD SERVER: MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY:
The Mission (Mission Beach) is looking for an assistant general manager position/lead server to join our team.
Would you like to have nights off?
The AGM assists the General Manager with operational and administrative
responsibilities for personnel, customer service, safety, sanitation, and supplies.
Helps General Manager with hiring, training, ordering and employee relations.
Minimum of three years of related experience as a Restaurant Manager and or Server.
Strong management and communication skills.
Detail oriented and ability to follow through to meet all the Mission standards set in place.
Starting compensation of 50k annually for 35-40 hours work weeks, 401k, paid time off, house
account, insurance, and the chance to work at one of the premier breakfast &
lunch restaurants in San Diego.
