Assignment Organization- The Marketing Go-To-Market Manager for the region North America (the US and Mexico) will be responsible for developing and implementing successful G2M strategies and marketing activities/campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, business growth and brand awareness across the region in alignment with the global business marketing and communication strategy.
- This role will be responsible for effectively translating and implementing the global strategic product marketing requirements of the business fields and the Corporate Global Office Marketing & Communications into tailored marketing and communication activities, utilizing the budget cost-effectively, measured by KPIs and campaign management.
- The Marketing Go-To-Market Manager will align closely with the local marketing and communication officers and other internal business stakeholders in the US and Mexico to ensure effective implementation of strategies and campaigns.
- This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for the region Americas and with a dotted line to the global business officers for marketing and communications who are mainly based at TÜV Rheinlands Headquarter in Cologne, Germany and with whom the Go-To-Market Manager will work together closely.
Brief profile/area of responsibility- Consulting, conception, implementation and management of integrated marketing campaigns and measures for the business in North America (US and Mexico) while ensuring performance and effectiveness; development based on strategic briefings and/or other specifications from internal customers with the aim of lead generation and/or awareness
- Comprehensive definition of customer journeys, campaign objectives, media types and design tools as well as assets
- Project management responsibility, e.g. for the realization and implementation of parallel campaigns and measures as well as internal exchange for the purpose of cross-selling
- Continuous optimization of campaign performance across all channels as well as development and implementation of measures to optimize campaigns
- Face-to-face contact and expert advice for internal customers (business streams)
- Operational responsibility for the use of funds and their effectiveness based on the budget
- Development of ideas and mediation, e.g. between internal customers and downstream teams
- Collaboration with key stakeholders, e.g. in the implementation of activities and the coordination of parallel campaigns and/or with data analysts, e.g. for the segmentation and validation of target groups and recommendation of channels to reach the target group
- Creation of a content calendar / asset concept, management of content creation and production across all channels as part of an integrated campaign
- Management and coordination of procurement and production
- Management of external agencies and/or internal competencies
- Distribution of content and produced assets within the region North America and at local level
- Creation of synergies on a regional and local level
- Carrying out analyses (incl. KPI reports) after completion of the integrated campaign and/or measure, understanding stakeholder feedback and passing on and considering findings, also for future activities
- Preparation of briefings for external service providers, if necessary
Qualification requirements- University degree or comparable professional qualification in marketing
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing integrated marketing & communications campaigns, also involving internal and/or external agencies
- Strong and proven consulting skills, project management skills and presentation skills
- Expert knowledge in the creation of go-to-market strategies, business performance and planning processes as well as the ability to effectively contextualize future plans in the current context
- In-depth knowledge and experience in inbound and performance marketing, marketing automation as well as SEM, SEO and social media / mechanisms (digital marketing)
- Networker with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization both upwards and downwards and in a team and to ensure that key stakeholders, such as top management, are involved on an ongoing basis
- Strong experience in visualizing issues, conceptual thinking, excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
- High degree of creativity, strong communication skills, assertiveness and hands-on mentality as well as living a proactive approach
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask successfully and high awareness of meeting goals and deadlines
- Strong customer focus with the ability to persuade, engage and build effective relationships with colleagues
- Independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working, high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua
- Experience with budget allocations and BI and analysis tools (e.g. Power Pivot, SAP) as well as interpreting data
- Experience in the TIC industry is an advantage
Fluency in English (C1), other languages like Spanish and Portuguese an advantage
