Driver Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience required, locally and over-the-road (OTR).
- Candidates must have experience with the Motive ELD (Electronic Logging Device).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Amazon Relay and Executing Blocks
- Must have a Clean Driving Record, NO tickets NO Accidents
- Must be registered on the Clearinghouse
- There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol violations.
- Must have a Smartphone and be able to use it
- Must be available to work 6 days per week, any day and anytime including nights and holidays
- Demonstrate the capability to perform the job with little to no assistance.
- Must have good skills in managing phone applications and be comfortable with technology.
- It is necessary to read, write, and speak English.
Job Description
- We manage Blocks for Amazon, where each Block consists of 2 working days and includes 10 hours of legal break
time. During these 2 days, there is typically an average of 5 to 12 loads, depending on mileage, with a 95% drop-and-
hook rate. The loads include a mix of local and out-of-state runs, covering areas such as Arizona, Nevada, and
Northern California.
- The driver will arrive at the base every 2 days, and they can choose to go home or stay in the truck.
- Must be on time for pick-ups and deliveries
- The schedule changes each week, and the workdays may vary.
- There are no options for selecting specific days.
- It is essential to keep the truck clean both inside and outside at all times
What we offer
- $500 per block to start, $1,500 per week before tax deduction (Payroll W2).

What is a block?
It represents a forecasted demand from Amazon Power only. Amazon has not yet planned what loads will be
executed within the block period. Blocks start and end in the same domicile and have a preset duration. Tour details
become available 15 hours before the start of the block; however, in some cases, details may change or get assigned to
a block after the block start time. Amazon may modify any load on a tour until the next load is in execution. Amazon
plans work within the block to ensure all work can be completed within the block’s duration
