Position Overview
Reporting to the Technology Officer, the Executive Leader in IT Applications is responsible for the delivery, management, and implementation of applications and solutions that support enterprise business operations and front office client/customer services.
The Executive Leader in IT Applications will provide vision and leadership to a team that includes more than 25 full-time employees, with additional support from contractors and vendors professional services. This IT Leader is an advocate for corporate application development and configuration requirements and is responsible for the development, configuration and delivery of a comprehensive software development strategy, architecture and solutions while enabling the enterprise objectives to strengthen and modernize services, transform the way we work, and build high performing diverse teams.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, HR third-party systems, Workforce Management, and Salesforce
- A background in technical strategy, roadmap design and planning, and full life-cycle execution
- Expertise with IT systems integrations across a large global company and an appreciation for IT architecture
- Dedication, Organization, and Change Management leadership with more than 15 years of successive technology experience
- Solutions oriented and Results-Driven record
- Excellent Communication with Technical and Non Technical Audiences, Problem-solving abilities, success with resolving difficult problems in adverse environments
- Success Building high performing teams from the ground-up, and leading organizational transformation through a multi-year roadmap
- Impactful leadership skillset with the ability to drive success across multi-functional teams, using effective communication tactics, and influentially inspiring key stakeholders
- Experience with managing suppliers - leading and managing supplier contracts and governing suppliers effectively
- Bold attitude of achievement, innovation, and driving results with a sense of urgency and proactivity
- HYBRID: Candidate will be required to work several days onsite and can be chosen from several major markets in the United States or Canada.
