JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual results
- Create financial models as needed, as well as drive process improvement with existing models
- Responsible for the monthly forecast and budget processes
- Provide analysis for historical trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Develop departmental expense reporting and assist in the preparation of management reporting packages including standard reports, metrics and variance commentary
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for upper management
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management
- Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation
- Support the development and improvement of new and existing management reports and input templates
- Track & analyze capital expenditures for cap projects
- Support ad-hoc reports as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- +4 years of financial analysis experience
- Bilingual ENG/KOR
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadline, handle multiple priorities and detail oriented
- Highly resourceful, self-starter, driven, with the willingness to grow and learn new skills

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills required
