Hudson Rouge is in search of a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS
What you'll do: - Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (Creative, Project Management, Account, Media, CRM, AdOps, and Analytics) within the agency to create, optimize and coordinate advertising campaign deliverables across Digital, Site, Social, Linear, Print, CRM, Email, and Event Marketing.
- Work within our internal teams and with our partners to execute campaign launches. Specifically:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Create project scopes and identify objectives as necessary.
- Breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.
- Work closely with creative and account teams to manage time, milestones and asset handoffs to production, partners, etc.
- Ensure that all projects remain consistent with agency and client approved brand communications strategies throughout the advertising development process. Specifically:
- Tracking progress against the plan and identifying potential roadblocks.
- Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Leading regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Proactively drive development and implementation of cross-channel advertising content, working with cross functional teams to ensure consistency across all consumer marketing messages.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Who you are: - Excellent communicator: Clearly and concisely communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Tailor communication style to the audience.
- Collaborative leader: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, lead project teams, and mentor junior members. Proactively identify and resolve conflicts.
- Agile and adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strategic thinker: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve processes. Think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail in all aspects of project management, from planning to execution.
- Proficient in project management tools and software: Expert-level proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Trello) and/or other relevant software.
What you'll need: - 3-5 years of experience in project management: Demonstrated experience managing advertising campaigns across various channels (Digital, Site, Social, Email, Linear, etc.).
- Proven track record of success: Provide examples of successfully launched and managed campaigns, highlighting key achievements
- Strong communication skills: Present status updates, flag risks, and manage expectations.
- Rapport-building: Ability to build and maintain good working relationships within the agency, our partners and clients.
- Agency experience (required): Experience working within an agency environment and collaborating with various internal teams
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
