Position requirements
California driver’s license
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs
Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
Work in full sun, inclement weather
Must have insect identification, weed identification and plant identification skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Nice to have
Familiar with plant botanical names and southern California native plant communities
California Applicators Certificate or License (PAC, QAL, QAC, PCA), or in process
Previous pesticide application and/or farming/nursery experience
Hours
40 hrs per week
Ability to schedule work until 5pm or Saturdays
Pay
$18.25-20.25 per hour based on experience
Paid sick, vacation and holidays
