The Pasta Technician is required to ensure the safe, efficient operation, cleaning of and
running adjustments for the pasta line. Understanding the dough mixing and gluten development during the dough mixing process is critical. Responsible for the maintenance of prescribed quantity and quality of product produced. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting machine basic performance, making machine adjustments and calling for additional resources required.
The position starts at part-time for training and moves into full time once completed.

Requirements
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Food Handler card
Experience as a pasta machine operator
Punctual
Reliable means of transportation
