Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms: make beds, clean bathrooms, do laundry, refresh linens
Replenish supplies: towels, toiletries, and linens
Report maintenance issues or damages
Follow health, safety, and hotel policies
Respond to guest inquiries professionally
Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition
Track and manage inventory of supplies
Conduct inspections to ensure standards are met
Utilize housekeeping technology
