We’re looking for a talented and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team at Le Coupe Fried Chicken in Los Angeles. If you take pride in precision, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional knife skills, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent knife skills — speed, accuracy, and consistency are a must. you will be butchering chicken
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, clean and organized station habits
• Team player with good communication and time management
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to quality
Responsibilities:
• Butchering chicken, breading chicken, making sauces from scratch, and other ingredients to exact specifications
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized prep area
• Supporting the line during service as needed
• Labeling and properly storing ingredients
• Assisting with daily closing and cleaning duties
Schedule & Pay:
• Full-time or part-time available- MUST BE AVAILABLE MORNINGS!!!
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($18- $22 based on experience )
