We are seeking a Cleaning & Delivery Associate to help manage our growing car rental business. This role is ideal for a highly organized, reliable, and customer-focused individual who can handle cleaning, logistics efficiently. The ideal candidate is a safe driver, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning & Vehicle Detailing
Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles between rentals, ensuring cars meet high cleanliness standards.
Remove dirt, debris, and odors (e.g., smoke, food spills, pet hair) using proper cleaning techniques.
Inspect vehicles for damages and report any issues immediately.
2. Vehicle Logistics & Management
Safely transport, deliver, and pick up rental vehicles from various locations, including airports, hotels, and customer addresses.
Plan and execute vehicle movements efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Prioritize tasks based on rental demand, ensuring all cars are ready for the next booking.
Track fuel levels, mileage, and overall vehicle condition after each rental.
3. Customer Service & Communication
Provide friendly and professional interactions with customers, ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Communicate pickup/drop-off instructions clearly via phone, text.
Resolve customer concerns or issues such as late returns, lost keys, or minor damages.
4. Trustworthiness & Professionalism
Handle company vehicles responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Maintain honest and transparent reporting of any vehicle incidents, damages, or issues.
Uphold company standards by treating cars, customers, and colleagues with respect.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
✅ Experience in driving different types of vehicles (compact, SUVs, electric).
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Attention to detail for inspections, cleaning, and record-keeping.
✅ Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (checking fluids, tire pressure, battery issues).
✅ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Tech-savvy—comfortable using different apps, GPS tracking, and messaging platforms.
✅ Customer service experience is a plus!
