We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collision Center Location Manager to lead our team in San Diego! Job Summary:
As the Collision Center Location Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations at our San Diego location, which includes a state-of-the-art collision repair facility and a large mechanic shop. Your role will involve team leadership, production management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and insurance compliance while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production to meet Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs) and ensure high-quality repairs.
• Review estimates and supplements for accuracy, insurance compliance, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper facility maintenance, including licensing, permits, and safety protocols.
• Manage financial performance, including Profit & Loss (P&L), revenue goals, and cost controls.
• Lead and mentor technicians and estimators to maximize efficiency and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee both collision repair and mechanical service operations to ensure seamless workflow and high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CCC1 estimating and management platforms (experience with Mitchell and other estimating platforms is a plus).
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of vehicle blueprinting and repair planning.
• Ability to develop and execute high-quality repair plans and manage ECDs effectively.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-production environments.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
• Experience in performance management and career development coaching.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license & eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $120,000 - $170,000 per year (DOE)
