Crystal Clear Pool & Spa Care is looking for a hard-working individual who is a dedicated professional that will take pride in delivering outstanding results who can also be reliable, honest and detailed oriented. As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our pools, by maintaining and repairing pool equipment while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
● Problem solving, troubleshoot issues promptly with any pool equipment, complete and or scheduling repairs when needed
● Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters
● Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
● Vacuum and skim pool surfaces to remove debris
● Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
● Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and services performed as they are updated to the customers profile daily
● Treating your customers with care and respect
● Respond to customer inquiries while providing excellent customer service
● Maintaining Health and Safety by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
● Ability to lift 50lb buckets/bags regularly
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Pool Technician or similar role (Preferred not required)
Strong mechanical knowledge of pool equipment and systems (Preferred not required)
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair (Preferred)
Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing (Preferred not required)
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to learn troubleshoot equipment issues (Essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently (Essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills (Essential)
Training will be provided; this is a physically demanding job that required heavy lifting
