Your New Role
Project Planning – Develop detailed plans, including scope, schedule, and budgets, to ensure seamless execution.

Team Leadership – Motivate and direct painters, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance – Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

Job requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of professional commercial project management painting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, Buildertrend, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills (Preferred): Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial construction and painting processes, techniques, and materials.
Communication & Leadership: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications & Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Must-Have Traits: Detail-oriented, results-driven, self starter and committed to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction and prompt service.
