Mulholland Tennis Club is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is crucial for the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. Schedule:
Must be available Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with open availability and flexibility
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present hot foods, appetizers, and entrees, ensuring consistency and quality according to Club standards
Properly label, date, and store food, following FIFO rotation
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties during shifts
Monitor food temperatures and equipment conditions to ensure safety and quality
Expedite orders to food runners and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations as required by the Health Department and the Club
Crosstrain in various kitchen areas as needed
Always maintain a clean and organized work area
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 pounds), and work in a busy kitchen environment
Food Handler’s Card required

Reliable transportation required due to location

Occasionally walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
