As an integral part of our team, you will support various functions within the office, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Human Resources (HR), and job file review. **Key Responsibilities:**
*Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage billing, collections, and customer inquiries.
*Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payments.
*Human Resources (HR): Assist with employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance paperwork.
*Job File Review: Review and maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects and ensure job files are up-to-date.
*Miscellaneous Administrative Duties: Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the office, including data entry, filing, and customer service.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry a plus but not required.
